How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking two to four weeks ahead, especially for corporate events or weekends, to secure your preferred date and time. Last-minute sessions can sometimes be accommodated depending on availability.
Can you travel outside Sydney?
Yes — while we’re based in Marrickville, we regularly photograph across Greater Sydney and interstate. Travel fees may apply for shoots outside the metro area.
Do you provide both colour and black & white images?
Absolutely. All sessions include professionally edited, full-colour images, with select black & white versions provided for creative variety.
How many photos will I receive?
The number depends on the session type, but you’ll receive a curated collection of high-quality images — typically between 20–80 photos — all fully edited and ready for use.
Can you help with wardrobe or styling advice?
Yes. During your pre-shoot consultation, we’ll discuss outfit choices and colours that complement your setting, tone, and brand. We can also recommend stylists or hair and makeup artists if desired.
What’s your turnaround time?
For headshots and portraits, images are typically delivered within 3–5 business days. Event galleries and weddings may take a little longer depending on volume, but we always provide a few sneak previews shortly after your shoot.
Do you supply images for both print and digital use?
Yes — all final images are delivered in both high-resolution (for print) and web-optimised formats, perfect for websites, social media, and marketing materials.
Can you match my brand’s style or guidelines?
Definitely. We often work with corporate clients who have existing brand palettes and image styles. We’ll review your guidelines and tailor the shoot to align seamlessly with your brand identity.
